I have over eight years of experience in college level teaching. I have a personal goal to ensure that I teach my students in the methods that are most effective for their style of learning. I struggled in high school because I did not understand my personal learning style, which is something that I do not want my students to experience. I provide my students with the tools they need to become successful and to overcome barriers in their education. I am a good communicator and a patient educator. I have experience with students of every age, including my son in kindergarten, an 82 year old student, and everyone in between. I tutor business, economics, English, and math. I also work with students in study skills and organization. I have attended the University of Maine and the University of New Hampshire.
