Experience

I'm currently pursuing my degree at Southern New Hampshire University in mathematics. I was able to put my education to work last year when I served as a substitute middle school teacher. Now, I'm interested in dedicating some time to tutoring while I work on finishing my degree. I've completed and passed the Praxis II exams in math, and I'm also ready to apply what I've learned from substitute teaching to give my students extra help with math.  Math is something I'm very passionate about, so I'm willing to put in the time and effort to address the issues students face. My main goal is to help my students succeed and achieve results. I'm adept in teaching grades K-12 in the areas of algebra, geometry, statistics, trigonometry, astronomy, physical science, physics, and science. Math presents challenges at every level, and I'm more than willing to help my students hone their skills.Outside the classroom, I enjoy hiking and listening to music. I also enjoy learning about astronomy, physics, and construction. I currently reside in New London, Connecticut.
